OXY Residence is ELT Group’s new and distinctive project, setting a new benchmark in contemporary urban living.
Developed in collaboration with ELT Group’s exclusive partner, Barceló Hotels, the project brings added value and meaning to the ELT Quarter.
The first four floors of OXY Residence will host the 4-star Occidental Hotel, a subsidiary brand of Barceló Hotels, offering a full range of services and infrastructure in line with international standards. The remaining floors of the complex will feature residential apartments, all serviced by the Occidental Hotel.

This project is a clear expression of ELT’s vision - to create a living environment inspired by hospitality, where hotel services are seamlessly integrated into everyday residential life.
Complex completion date: June 2028.
