Following two years of negotiations and a comprehensive evaluation process, ELT Group has become the exclusive partner of Barceló Hotel Group in Georgia, now bringing their signature standard to Tbilisi and Batumi. La Quinta was founded in 1968 in Texas (USA) with the goal of offering a comfortable and affordable hotel alternative for American family travelers. The brand quickly expanded across the United States, gaining recognition for its consistent quality and customer-focused service.

As part of this collaboration, the Caucasus region's first La Quinta by Wyndham hotel opened in Batumi in 2025.
