New multifunctional complex, "Optima," which will become an integral part of the "ELT Quarter" infrastructure, offering numerous advantages. Construction is scheduled to commence in March 2023, with an anticipated completion date of May 2025. The complex will soar across 18 floors and comprise 469 apartments. "Optima" will feature various entertainment spaces and attractions, alongside cafe-restaurants, a well-equipped green terrace, and a courtyard. The management of the complex will be overseen by the international management company, "IPM" (International Property Management).
