The Partnership Between ELT Group and IPM Enters a New Phase
The partnership between ELT Group and IPM, established under an agreement signed in 2022, is entering a new phase — the company will now fully manage the aparthotels located within ELT Quarter in Batumi.
Founded in 2017, IPM is an international real estate management and services company with successful operations in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Cyprus. Its portfolio includes boutique hotels and, most importantly, specialized services in aparthotel management.
While various local and international hotel operators are present in the Georgian market, Batumi’s specific needs required a company with relevant, hands-on experience in managing aparthotel properties.
